Quality Assurance is built into every aspect of FaranShimi operations. A robust Quality Management System, incorporating scientifically sound risk management principles, allows us to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.We ensure compliance with all applicable standards of Good Manufacturing Practice; extending from materials management, validated laboratory controls, and continuous product/process quality verification to the extensive training of personnel, documentation systems, and calibration and maintenance programs for our equipment and facilities. Innovative process and product improvement activities are introduced in a safe, transparent and orderly manner via change control procedures. Our company quality statement echoes the sentiment that Quality is everyone's responsibility. We also extend this requirement to our external contractors and suppliers.
The Quality Control laboratory employs the latest analytical instrumentation, carrying out testing to international benchmark standards. In addition to routine inspections by the Medical equipment department of Iran, routine reviews of quality critical areas are executed through our internal audit program as well as our external auditing of suppliers and GMP service providers. Dialogue with experts from our customer companies is welcomed as a way of ensuring their requirements are fully understood and met.
