Faroxy_ER tablets are an extended release oral formulation of oxycodone hydrochloride and indicated for patients 11 years of age and older , it has a long, proven history of helping manage pain severe enough to require daily, around-the-clock, long-term treatment when other pain treatments, such as non-opioid or immediate-release opioid medications, do not treat your pain well enough or you cannot tolerate them.
Store at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) and protect from moisture and light.
Keep all drugs in a safe place. Keep all drugs out of the reach of children and pets.
• Administer with or without food.
• Be sure to leave at least four hours between doses.
• Noscough comes with a dosage beaker for measuring the correct amount.
• Warfarin: Noscapine may increase the serum concentration of warfarin.
• CNS Depressants: Noscapine may enhance the CNS depressant effect of Opioid Agonists, Benzodiazepines or other CNS depressants.
• Hypoglycemia-Associated Agents: Liquorice extract may enhance the hypoglycemic effect.
• Noscough® should not be used by pregnant women.
• Noscough® is not recommended in breastfeeding mothers.
• Take a missed dose as soon as you think about it.
• If it’s close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal time.
• Do not take 2 doses at the same time or extra doses.
If you think there has been an overdose, call your doctor, pharmacist, or other health care provider right away to get medical advice.

• Diseases of the immune system (e.g., MS, SLE, RA)
• Severe hepatic and renal impairment
• Hyperoxaluria
• Noscapine may cause CNS depression, Hypotension and shares the toxic potentials of opioid agonists. furthermore, it should be used with caution in patients with pre-existing respiratory failure or other obstructive pulmonary disease.
• Liquorice extract may cause hypoglycemia. Thus it should be used with caution in diabetic patient.
