Faroxy_ER tablets are an extended release oral formulation of oxycodone hydrochloride and indicated for patients 11 years of age and older , it has a long, proven history of helping manage pain severe enough to require daily, around-the-clock, long-term treatment when other pain treatments, such as non-opioid or immediate-release opioid medications, do not treat your pain well enough or you cannot tolerate them.
Store at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) and protect from moisture and light.

Dosing:
One capsule, once a day with main meal and full glass of water.
Chloramphenicol (Systemic): May diminish the therapeutic effect of Vitamin B12. Risk C: Monitor therapy
absorption of vitamin B12 may increase during pregnancy. Vitamin B12 requirements may be increased in pregnant women compared to nonpregnant women.
Vitamin B12 is safe during breastfeeding
