Faroxy_ER tablets are an extended release oral formulation of oxycodone hydrochloride and indicated for patients 11 years of age and older , it has a long, proven history of helping manage pain severe enough to require daily, around-the-clock, long-term treatment when other pain treatments, such as non-opioid or immediate-release opioid medications, do not treat your pain well enough or you cannot tolerate them.
Store at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) and protect from moisture and light.
Keep all drugs in a safe place. Keep all drugs out of the reach of children and pets.
Dosing
• Dosing; children 1-5 years: 5ml three times daily
• Dosing; Children aged 6-12 years: 10ml three times daily
Administer with or without food.
• Shake bottle gently before use
• Pelaroka kids Cough & Cold syrup comes with a dosage beaker for measuring the correct amount.
• Treatment for more than 1 week is not recommended.
• Anticoagulant medications (e.g., warfarin) and antiplatelet drugs (e.g. aspirin): An interaction may be possible when Concomitant use.
• Immunosuppressant Drugs: P.s. may decrease the Immunosuppressant drugs effect.
• Pelaroka kids Cough & Cold syrup should not be used by pregnant women.
• Pelaroka kids Cough & Cold syrup should not be used by breastfeeding mothers.
• Take a missed dose as soon as you think about it.
• If it’s close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal time.
• Do not take 2 doses at the same time or extra doses.
If you think there has been an overdose, call your doctor, pharmacist, or other health care provider right away.
• Hypersensitivity to any component of formulation
• Diseases of the immune system (e.g., MS, SLE, RA)
• Renal and hepatic impairment
• Pediatrics under 1 year of age
• Bleeding disorders
Consequently, stop taking Pelaroka kids syrup 2 weeks before surgery.
Concomitant use with anticoagulant medications and antiplatelet drugs immunosuppressant medications is not recommended.
Pelaroka kids is possibly safe, but rarely and in high doses may occurs following side effects: Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Dizziness and polyuria.
